Shake up your life: how to change your own perspective

Life is like a rollercoaster- it has its ups and downs all the time. We all know that, don't we? Well, some of us are wannabes who cannot figure out who we are and what we wanna do with our life. At times, we lie in the depths of depression and at times on top of the world.
That's okay! It's a part of who we are! I understand that life can be tough on you and I can help.
Sometimes, we need to look at stuff differently. Try to look at the positive aspects of life and it will change you forever. Try to wake up early at about 5 am. Yes, it's difficult but hear me out people! Spend the first 20 minutes doing some vigorous exercise, then the next 20 minutes in meditation. Finally, spend the last 20 minutes of planning your day! This routine will create a different aura around you. Your life will be refreshed and energised. It's all right, it will take time, but it's worth it!
