Whether we are a student dealing with stress during exams or adults having a tough day at work, stress grabs by the neck with iron chains. You may never realise it but the manacles of segregation tearing us apart cause a lot of stress as well.
Enough with the causes. We all know that! How can you cope with it? I am going to concentrate on that now.
STRESS AMONG STUDENTS
This is the worst and we all experience it at one point in time. Stress is at the highest during exams. The best way to handle it is by planning in advance and revising the syllabus well in time. Create a planner or a timetable so that you can manage without any problem. Make short notes because those help a lot during the final revisions. Try to do your best and relax, you will just do fine.
If you still feel stressed, talk it out with someone; chances are that you may feel better by opening up. You could also maintain a journal if you are not comfortable with confiding in someone else. Write about your emotions and that makes all the difference!

STRESS AMONG ADULTS
This isn’t very nice either. This could be because of work at office or at home or due to concern for a family member. Reason may be any, one way to tackle this could be by meditating. In such a busy and chaotic world, we should learn to relax and unwind to focus on your own welfare and let out any negative energy that you may possess. Another way could be by taking long and relaxing massages at a spa centre. De-stressing can also be achieved by taking ample rest or going on a vacation to an exotic place (if you can afford one). Up to you!!😉😀😄

Thanks for all the support guys and gals
